Owens Counseling & Consulting is all about assisting our clients with re-engaging in life, with courage and a full sense of self. We believe that all people have something unique to offer their community. Whether that community be family, friends, or social groups, people have the ability to become a positive contributor to the life of others. Many times we believe this to be untrue due to our individual experiences, viewing ourselves with a negative self-perception. Our goal here at OCC is to encourage our clients to process, challenge, and reconstruct these negative perceptions and ideals. Allowing for full participation in life's many task.
Mission
The mission of Owens Counseling & Consulting is to educate, connect, and develop trusting counseling relationships with our clients and community through mental health services.
Vision
That human connection first starts with the courage to connect to ourselves and our own humanity. That through this act, we are then able to engage with community using compassion, co-operation & social interest.
